Doctor Allan Gary Oolo-Austin
Dr. Allan Gary Oolo-Austin, affectionately known as Dr. O, is the developer of the MCD (Manual Capsular Dissection) Procedure for frozen shoulder, also known as adhesive capsulitis.
Dr. O is an internationally renowned pioneer in neurological muscular assessments and treatments that are now practiced by thousands of doctors and therapists in over 30 countries. He is also the founder of the World Frozen Shoulder Clinic chain that now has locations in Toronto, Canada; Tallinn, Estonia; and Hamilton, New Zealand.
Dr. O’s career has spanned more than four decades, and he has attained a long list of designations along the way, including: Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Doctor of Chiropractic, Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Registered Acupuncturist, Certified Chiropractic Rehabilitation Doctor, Certified International Chiropractic Sports Physician, and a Certified Fitness Instructor Specialist.

Dr. Oolo obtained his doctorate degree from Northern State Medical University in 2014, the same year that he was knighted in Canada and inducted into the Order of St. George for his service to humanity.

Developed by Dr. O, the Manual Capsular Dissection (MCD) Procedure, is a non-surgical intervention to quickly cure adhesive capsulitis frozen shoulder and restore shoulder function.
This medical breakthrough has fundamentally changed how frozen shoulders are treated, thanks to a 98% success rate at restoring range of motion and functionality to frozen shoulders.
This unique method involves isolating the scar tissue inside and outside the shoulder capsule (i.e. the glenohumeral joint, where the arm bone meets the shoulder blade and rotator cuff) and liberating it through the use of specific patient movements in conjunction with specialized shoulder joint mobilization procedures.
