Dr. Allan Oolo

Important notice

Having over 40 years of clinical experience, and having taught all over the world, doctor Oolo is retired from active hands-on practice but he still conducts objective reviews of cases and provides possible diagnosis and recommendations to patients who would like his opinion. It is important that he be provided with medical records if possible and also x-rays or any type of studies that were done. If no studies have been done, he will still recommend what he thinks might be causing the symptoms and what course of action you probably should take to try to resolve the problem. Cost is 250 euros and it includes an up to 15 minute direct conversation either digitally or by phone. If a little more time is required , there is usually no additional charge.

Dr. Oolo has over 30 years of clinical experience in physical and manual medicine. In order to be able to provide the best and most comprehensive care possible, Dr. Oolo has continued to educate himself every year taking intensive programs and courses which give him deeper levels of knowledge and expertise in his field.

Dr. Oolo has attained degrees and designations in Doctor of Chiropractic, Osteopathic Practitioner, Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, Certified Chiropractic Rehabilitation Doctor, Expert of Manual Therapy, Certified Fitness Instructor Specialist,Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner.

Trigenics Myoneural Medicine

The assessment, treatment and training system he developed and teaches is called Trigenics Myoneural Medicine.
After developing Trigenics, Dr. Oolo opened a post-graduate school for health-care practitioners so that they might learn and become licensed to practice Trigenics. Since 1999, when the International Institute of Trigenics Myoneurology was formed, Dr. Austin has taught thousands of doctors, therapists and trainers world-wide. Trigenics is now practiced in over 25 countries of the world! Dr. Oolo has also lectured at innumerable health professional conferences.
Because Dr. Oolo believes that exercise must be an integral part of any patients total recovery program, he also attended courses in personal training to become a Certified Fitness Instructor Specialist (CFIS). Dr. Oolo has devoted all these years to study in order to be able to be the best at what he does in helping people quickly recover from their ailments so that they can bring the joy of active living back into their lives. Dr. Oolo has never-endingly committed himself to this cause throughout his life. Dr. Oolo has written a number of books on his Trigenics methods which are for doctors and physiotherapists. He is considered by many to be one of the best in the world in his field of physical and manual medicine. Chiropractic Care in Estonia 

In 1992, Dr. Oolo introduced Chiropractic Medicine to Estonia. He is the founding father of Chiropractic and Western Osteopathy in Estonia. Dr. Oolo was presented a diploma of appreciation and an award of merit as well as an 80th year commemorative Gold Medal by the Estonian Olympic Committee for his direct work with Estonian Athletes and for his work in training Estonian Olympic physiotherapists in his methods so that they could help the Estonian athletes win medals. Dr. Oolo travelled to the Athens and Torino Olympics as one of the sports doctors for the Estonian team and he has attended many World and European Championships in the same capacity. (One of the Olympic physiotherapists who studied Trigenics under Dr. Oolo was Lauri Rannama who used Trigenics as part of the training program to bring home so many cross country skiing gold medals) A published pilot study on Trigenics was done by Rannama at Tartu University Department of Neuroanatomy. A full peer reviewed study on Trigenics was commissioned by the EOC which was spearheaded by Trigenist Martin Vahimets PT, RTP, MSc and published. With demand for the learning of his methods high, Dr. Oolo taught a course in manual medicine at Tallinn University, Department of Health and Sports Sciences over the course of a school year as a visiting professor. A “Handbook for Physiotherapists” was subsequently written by one of his students, the majority of which contained his muscle performance assessment methods. Dr. Oolo has spent considerable time in Russia working with the Russian Olympic Judo team in preparation for the World Open Judo Championships and the Olympics. He was invited by the Russian Ministry of Health, Department of Sports to present his methods to the Russian sports doctors and therapists. He was also invited to lecture at the Official Russian Manual Medicine Center in Moscow where he taught mainly the top orthopaedic surgeons and neurologists who practice and themselves teach the regulated field of manual medicine in Russia. Dr. Oolo was also the first doctor in history to discover how to cure and unlock the notorious and terribly debilitating condition called “frozen shoulder” (adhesive capsulitis).
